  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of being received.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy

  • If we've made an error or something is damaged, please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right.

  • No refunds are provided for digital products.

  • We all make mistakes, we get that! Unfortunately, we aren't responsible for packages that do not arrive due to incorrect addresses.

  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process a refund for your original order amount (excluding shipping fees).
