Episode 239 | The Power of Praying for Your Kids

Do you ever wonder if your prayers for your children really matter, or if they’re making any difference at all? Would you like to feel more confident about praying for your child’s heart, their choices, and their future? Have you ever considered why God commands you, not just encourages you, to pray for your children in every season of their lives? Join Alex and me as we help parents understand why prayer is the most powerful and effective thing they can do for their children.

We have a brand new episode of the Parenting with Ginger Hubbard podcast available today. Here’s a little more about what you can expect:

Episode 239 | The Power of Praying for Your Kids: Prayer is powerful because the God who listens is sovereign, loving, and always working for our good. We can do all that we can to keep our children safe, teach them scripture, and encourage them to love and trust the Lord, but when we pray, we are asking God to do a work in their hearts that only he can do. Prayer doesn’t always change our circumstances, but it always invites us into deeper trust, because it taps into the presence, promises, and purposes of God. When our kids see us praying for them and with them, they start learning what trust and dependence on God really looks like.
