Episode 230 | Nurturing Faith When Children Are Hurting

Are you looking for ways to comfort your children when they are hurting while pointing them to Jesus for help? Do you long to turn moments of pain into opportunities for your children to experience God's presence and grow stronger in their faith? Join Alex and me as we discuss the importance of being grounded in Scripture and having a biblical understanding of suffering so we can help our children work through their pain.

We have a brand new episode of the Parenting with Ginger Hubbard podcast available today. Here’s a little more about what you can expect:

Episode 230 | Nurturing Faith When Children Are Hurting: It’s comforting to our children to understand that pain is hard, but it isn’t wasted. God is with them and for them, even when He feels far away. We can nurture the faith of our hurting children by teaching them to seek and praise God in the midst of their suffering. Let’s not be afraid to walk with them, cry with them, and point them to the One who sees, hears, and never wastes a single tear. Let’s encourage our kids to pray honestly about their emotions, and let’s remind them that God is not put off by our emotions. Instead, He meets us in them.
