We have a brand new episode of the Parenting with Ginger Hubbard podcast available today. Here’s a little more about what you can expect:
Episode 229 | Teaching Kids Safety Skills with Julie Lowe: It’s important that parents and caregivers think wisely and biblically about the potentially harmful situations children can face, but we have to remember not to get caught up in worrying. Worry cripples us, but genuine discernment equips us. Worrying tends to focus on the “what ifs,” while perception focuses on the “what is.” Safety isn’t an ultimate goal. Our ultimate goal is for our children to know God and His ways. Safety is a fruit of that. At the end of the day, safety is in the hands of the Lord.
