Episode 097 | Teaching Kids Gratitude

Are you looking for ways to cultivate an attitude of gratitude in your children this holiday season? Are you concerned that the influx of presents will lead your kids to a sense of entitlement rather than a heart of thankfulness? Join Katy and me as we discuss ways we can help our children learn biblical gratitude and how we can model that for our families.

We have a brand new episode of the
Parenting with Ginger Hubbard podcast available today. Here’s a little more about what you can expect:

Episode 097 | Teaching Kids GratitudeBiblical gratitude ushers in spiritual perspective. Modeling prayers that give thankfulness to God teach our children that the object of their gratitude is the Giver. If we want to see gratitude in our children, we must model it and not expect from them what we ourselves aren’t demonstrating on a daily basis. Let’s point our children to the goodness and faithfulness of our Lord so they will walk in thankfulness and joy for the great things he has done.

A special reminder to all of our listeners: We’re going to start airing new episodes on
TUESDAYS starting in December! You may get tired of the reminders, but we want to make sure everyone is ready before we make the change. Help us spread the word, and be sure to share with your friends!
